I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and have 12 years of experience working in this field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, grief, spirituality, life purpose, and more. I have specialty training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (a holistic approach to resolving trauma), Gestalt Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, Meditation and Mindfulness, spirituality, and addictions counseling. I am a RPCV (Returned Peace Corps Volunteer) and I also am a yoga instructor.

With a non-judgmental approach, I see each client as a whole and unique individual. I understand healing, and introspection take courage and vulnerability. I really enjoy working with clients who are motivated to feel better. Together we can explore what your goals are and what you would like to work on. I look forward to hearing from you!

When I am not providing counseling services, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  I spend time in nature on a regular basis- hiking, swimming, relaxing and exploring.

I am currently accepting private pay clients and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance clients.  I am also providing weekend and virtual appointments.  I will be using encrypted tele-health platforms that are safe and secure for your privacy. For more information, please feel free to reach out to me via our contact page.
