What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is characterized by feelings of worry or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities. Anxiety may present itself in different forms such as panic attacks, phobias, general anxiety, OCD, and social anxiety. Anxiety can feel debilitating and may keep you from carrying on with a normal life. It can be overwhelming and even disabling for some.
