Ready to schedule an appointment? Click HERE or on the button below to use the simple online scheduler. Here are the following steps you will need to take:
1.) Click the button below which will take you to our scheduler.
2.) Select the provider you’d like to work with and click on the length of appointment you’d like. You can choose either 30 or 60 minutes.
3.) Double click on the calendar the day and time you’d like to come in for your appointment. Areas on the calendar that are not highlighted are available.
4.) Enter your email address and choose a password. You will now be a part of the client portal and your appointment will be made. There will be a short questionnaire on the client portal for basic personal information that needs to be filled out. All information on the client portal is 100% confidential and HIPAA compliant. 5.) You’re all set and we look forward to meeting you!
What Can I Expect After My Appointment Is Made?
After you’ve set an appointment, a link for consent forms will be sent to the email provided when making your appointment. You are able to fill these consent forms out online on our HIPAA compliant software. It is completely confidential and protected. After that, all you will need to do is make sure you show up to the office on your set date and time. From there, we’ll get to know each other in a comfortable/safe environment and you can speak what’s on your mind!
How Does The Client Portal Work?
Once signed up on the client portal, you’ll have access to setting appointments whenever it is convenient for you. Set, cancel, or reschedule appointments in one simple and easy place.
